Doug has asked me to make a post clarifying the eligibility of players for this year’s playoffs.
There is a league rule that states that a player must play at least 20 (twenty) games minimum to be eligible to play in the playoffs. Exceptions to the rule can be made for instances of illness/injury absences OR work related absences.
For work related absences, justification can be requested and that has been done in a case for this year. Should there be no way to show that work caused the absences, the committee will vote on eligibility.
FBHL Committee Members please check their email and vote as soon as possible so if we are required to make a decision via a vote, we will have the decision ready. More is explained in the email.
