Our move to the FIC gym is well underway. We had a successful pickup hockey at the new gym this weekend and almost all feedback was positive. The gym floor is wood, so while its not much bigger than the AG Centre, the games are faster and much better stickhandling and shooting was evident.is taking place.
The gym was not availible to us from 3:00 – 5:00 as it used by the women’s roller derby group. Therefore, our schedule was forced to change to reflect this.
We will be starting 1 hr earlier (12:00 Noon) and playing up until 2:45. That takes care for 4 teams games.
At 5:15 the second part of the day will begin with the last game of the day starting at 8:30.
