Flying Elbows 1 Warriors 1 – This goalie battle between Brandon Leet-MacFarlane and Tony Bonnar remained scoreless until the final 5 minutes. Jamie Williams scored to put the Flying Elbows in the lead but had to settle for the tie as Mike Clarke scored the tying goal for the Warriors.
Barrage 5 Warriors 4 – The Barrage built a 4-1 lead but the Warriors fought back to tie the game with a minute and a half left to go, before Collin Sleep scored the game winner for the Barrage with 1:10 left to play. It was Collin’s 2nd goal of the game, while Wayne Helpard, Darryl Moorcroft, and Stephen Rafuse added singles. James Campbell and Denis Loubert each scored a pair of goals for the Warriors.
Flying Elbows 7 Baton Rouge 1 – Baton Rouge took the lead six and a half minutes into the game but the Flying Elbows scored the next seven goals for the convincing win. Justin McKillop and Vince MacDonald each scored a pair of goals for the Flying Elbows, while Tim O’Leary, Brian Kelly, and Jamie Williams added singles. Brian’s goal proved to be the winner. Ray Chase scored the only Baton Rouge goal to spoil Brandon Leet-MacFarlane’s shutout bid.
Warriors 4 Baton Rouge 4 – Baton Rouge built a 3-1 lead halfway through the game but had to settle for a tie after the Warriors fought back in the second half. Mathieu Vaillancourt and Matt Vautour each scored a pair of goals for Baton Rouge, while James Campbell and Jon Loubert each scored a pair of goals for the Warriors.
Fying Elbows 9 Barrage 1 – The Flying Elbows built a large lead and cruised to a win over the Barrage. Jamie Williams led the way for the Flying Elbows with four goals, while Troy Doyle scored a pair of goals, and Justin McKillop, Brian Kelly, and Vince MacDonald added singles. Justin’s goal was his 3rd winning goal of the season. Wayne Helpard scored the only Barrage goal to spoil Brandon Leet-MacFarlane’s shutout bid. Brandon only allowed three goals this week and remains undefeated in 12 games.
Baton Rouge 9 Barrage 6 – This wild game started with a 5-0 lead for the Barrage in the first five minutes. The Baton Rouge’s offense then exploded with nine straight goals to turn things around. Ray Chase led the way for Baton Rouge with four goals, while Brent McKenna scored a hat-trick, and Matt Vautour added a pair of goals. Brent’s 2nd goal of the game turned out to be the game winner. Collin Sleep scored four goals for the Barrage, while Darryl Moorcroft and Wayne Helpard added singles.
Shooters 4 Collective 2 – The Shooters built a 4-1 lead and hung on for the win. Harold Plant, Chris Benoit, Joel Thorne, and spare Stephen Rafuse scored the Shooters goals. Joel’s goal proved to be the game winner. Mike Connor scored both Collective goals.
Big D 4 Collective 3 – Big D scored a late goal and hung to a close win over the Collective. Ian Lapointe scored a pair of goals for Big D, including the game winner, while Jeremy Snow and Bruno Dugas added singles. Evan Bartlett, Rick Bartlett, and Mike Connor scored the Collective goals.
Sasquatches 5 Shooters 1 – The game was tied halfway through, but the Sasquatches took over with four unanswered goals. Sean Keenan led the way for the Sasquatches with a natural hat-trick, beginning with the winning goal, while Marc Guitard added a pair of goals. Scott McLean scored the only Shooters goal to spoil Rick Kent’s shutout bid.
Sasquatches 7 Collective 2 – The Sasquatches scored the first six goals and cruised to a 7-2 victory. Bobby Woods led the way for the Sasquatches with a hat-trick, while Marc Guitard scored a pair of goals, and Greg Demetre and Sean Keenan added singles. Jim Taylor and spare Stephen Rafuse scored the Collective goals.
Big D 7 Shooters 3 – After building a 6-1 lead well into the game, Big D cruised to the 7-3 win. Ian Lapointe led the way for Big D with a hat-trick, while Andrew Trecartin scored a pair of goals, and Jeremy Snow and Bruno Dugas added singles. Chris Benoit, Joel Thorne, and spare Stephen Rafuse scored the Shooters goals.
Sasquatches 3 Big D 1 – Big D took the lead over 12 minutes into the game but the Sasquatches countered with 3 late goals. Sean Keenan scored a pair of goals for the Sasquatches, while Marc Guitard added a single. Marc’s goal came with 53 seconds left and held as the game winner. Bruno Dugas scored the only Big D goal to spoil Rick Kent’s shutout bid.
