Flying Elbows 10 Big D 1 – The Flying Elbows built an early lead and cruised to a 10-1 win. Troy Doyle, Justin McKillop, Jamie Williams, and Vince MacDonald each scored a pair of goals for the Flying Elbows, while Tim O’Leary and Brian Kelly added singles. Justin’s first goal proved to be the winner. A spare player scored the only Big D goal to spoil Brandon Leet-MacFarlane’s shutout bid.
Flying Elbows 4 Sasquatches 3 – The Flying Elbows built a 3-1 lead halfway through the game, but the Sasquatches tied it with less than six minutes left. Tim O’Leary restored the lead scoring the eventual game winner with 4:20 left. It was Tim’s 2nd goal of the game. Troy Dolye also added a pair of goals for the Flying Elbows. Marc Guitard scored a pair of goals for the Sasquatches, while Scott Praught added a single.
Big D 7 Barrage 6 – Big D got off to a quick 2-0 lead and then the teams traded goals all the way to a 7-6 Big D win. Bruno Dugas led the way for Big D with a hat-trick, while Rakesh Rajput, Ian Lapointe, and spares Darryl Moorcroft and Ian Stevens added singles. Ian Lapointe’s goal proved to be the winner. Scott McLean scored a pair of goals for the Barrage, while Jamie Carson, Wyatt Ashworth, Craig Maranda, and Collin Sleep added singles.
Flying Elbows 6 Barrage 4 – The Barrage built a 4-3 lead later in the game but the Flying Elbows scored three unanswered goals to take the win. Jamie Williams and Brian Kelly each scored a pair of goals for the Flying Elbows, while Tim O’Leary and Vince MacDonald added singles. Jamie’s 2nd goal held as the winner. Craig Maranda scored a pair of goals for the Barrage, while Scott McLean and Wayne Helpard added singles.
Sasquatches 8 Big D 5 – Big D held an early 3-2 lead but the Sasquatches’ offense took over for the win. Marc Guitard led the way for the Sasquatches with four goals, while Bobby Woods added a pair of goals, and Scott Praught and Darren Wilkins scored singles. Bruno Dugas and Ian Lapointe each scored a pair of goals for Big D, while spare Darryl Moorcroft added a single.
Sasquatches 5 Barrage 5 – The Sasquatches built a 4-3 lead halfway through the game but the Barrage scored a couple of quick goals to turn things around until Marc Guitard’s 3rd goal of the game tied it with two and a half minutes left. Brian Letcher and Bobby Woods scored the other Sasquatches goals. Collin Sleep led the way for the Barrage with four goals, while Craig Maranda added a single.
Collective 3 Shooters 1 – The Shooters scored the first goal of the game but the Collective came back with three unanswered goals. Mike Moore scored a pair of goals, including the winner for the Collective, while Mike Connor added a single. Joel Thorne scored the only Shooters goal to spoil Mark Farrell’s shutout bid.
Baton Rouge 13 Shooters 4 – Baton Rouge got off to an early lead and never looked back, cruising to the win. Brent McKenna led the way for Baton Rouge with 5 goals, including a natural hat-trick that included the winning goal, while Ray Chase (natural) and Matt Vautour each added hat-tricks, and Sly Villeneuve scored a pair of goals. Darryl Moorcroft, Joel Thorne, Stephen Rafuse, and Chris Benoit scored the Shooters goals.
Warriors 9 Collective 5 – The Warriors scored a couple of early goals to set the pace in the game and the Collective couldn’t recover. Denis Loubert led the way for the Warriors with six goals, including the game winner, while Jon Loubert added a hat-trick. Mike Moore scored a hat-trick for the Collective, while Carl Brown added a pair of goals.
Warriors 9 Shooters 1 – The Warriors scored the first six goals of the game and cruised to a 9-1 win. Larry Condly led the way for the Warriors with four goals, while Jon and Denis Loubert each added a pair, and James Campbell scored a single. Stephen Rafuse scored the only Shooters goal to spoil Tony Bonnar’s shutout bid.
Baton Rouge 4 Collective 3 – The game remained tied 3-3 until three minutes left when Ray Chase scored the winning goal for Baton Rouge, his 3rd of the game. Sly Villeneuve added a single. Mike Moore scored all three Collective goals.
Baton Rouge 6 Warriors 1 – The Warriors scored first but then Baton Rouge’s offense took over with six unanswered goals. Sly Villeneuve led the way for Baton Rouge with a hat-trick, while Brent McKenna, Ray Chase, and Matt Vautour added singles. James Campbell scored the only Warriors goal to spoil spare Chris Day’s shutout bid.
